- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1 zucchini shredded
- 2 tbls of shredded onion
- 1 tbl yellow curry paste
- 1/2 cup salsa
Combine the burger, zucchini, onion, and curry paste. Make 8 burgers and cook on a griddle.
Serve 4 burgers each with 1/4 cup salsa
